According to an agreement with the Ministère de l’Éducation, du Loisir et du Sport (MELS) of Québec, the Committee on Information Systems determines :

1) the development orientations for the systems CREPUQ operates :

• the university personnel systems : EPE (Enquête sur le personnel enseignant) and SYSPER (personnel systems)

• the admission systems : electronic delivery of college transcripts, admission statistics and control of multiple acceptances to university programs,

2) the universities’ positions with regard to the government’s development orientations for the systems it controls, specifically those pertaining to student enrolment (GDEU), university financing (SIFU), university research (SIEU), physical plant inventory (SILUQ), and graduate and post-graduate employment (RELANCE).

To this end, the Committee promotes dialogue between the universities and between the committees within CREPUQ.
