The first part of the report summarizes the periodical program evaluation policy adopted by the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières in October 2004.

The second part contains the Commission’s observations in light of the Policy of Québec Universities on the Periodic Evaluation of Current Academic Programs. These observations were based on a review of the university’s current policy and on verification of evaluation reports for master’s and doctoral programs in biophysics and cellular biology, the undergraduate history program and the undergraduate Chiropractic Doctor program.

The Commission’s observations also took into account the information collected during the visit to UQTR in April 2005. At the end of the verification process, the Commission issued some recommendations to help the University improve its periodic program evaluation process.
