selection: Retention of programs, course outlines, reports and statistics
documenting the organization of and participation in extension activities.
Retention of official records certifying participants’ success and results
obtained (continuing education credits awarded, participation
confirmations) and sample certificates of participation (for each activity).
Destruction of copies and originals of unclaimed certificates, support
records relating to management of budget for services, course notes and
materials (texts, overhead transparencies, etc.) supplied by instructors
or lecturers. |
