Records relating to the organization of activities and services to encourage involvement, participation and social activities of institution alumni: alumni services (library, Internet, courses, seminars, watches, credit cards, insurance, etc.), exchange activities between alumni and students of the same department, recreational activities, reunions and homecomings, lunch-hour discussions, one-day conferences, alumni newsletters and magazines, involvement of alumni in the institution’s fundraising committees and campaigns, etc.
