1 Retention: 3 years following student’s last registration. Files opened only for purposes of managing registration in a given academic session (for example, files of students who are not registered but whose files remain open) may be destroyed after the end of the academic session concerned.
2 Destruction: Research value ensured by retention of the following paper records: official statistics, studies and reports on the student population (see schedule 05.04).
