1 Retain as long as insurance plans are in effect, until all claims are settled or as long as there are beneficiaries or successors (to the extent that it is possible to benefit from the plan). Retain insurance claims in office 1 year.
2 Retention 10 years after closing file.
3 Archives selection: Retain group insurance policies, contracts and amendments.  Destruction of claims and support records (billings, etc.).
