settled or as long as there are beneficiaries or successors (to the extent
that it is possible to benefit from the plan). Retain insurance claims in
office 1 year.
2 Retention 10 years after closing file.
3 Archives selection: Retain group insurance policies,
contracts and amendments. Destruction of claims and support records
(billings, etc.). |
