2 Retention until 100th anniversary of employee’s birth.
3 Destruction: Research value ensured by retaining the following records on paper: employee files, employment offers, staff plans, staff lists, seniority lists, duty and responsibility descriptions, work plans, outside professional activities, cumulative files of professional activities, etc. (see schedules 02.02, 02.03, 02.05, 02.08 and 02.10).
