3 Archives selection:  Retention of official records related to minor contracts having a significant bearing on the life of the university and the institution’s administrative activities:  partnership agreements, affiliation agreements, significant teaching or research contracts, contracts for the development of special programs, etc.  Destruction of substantiating records (preliminary versions, working notes, records of transmission, etc.).
