2 Archives selection:  Retention of records relating to inquiries or surveys documenting the orientation and development of the main activities of the institution or one of its components (retention of final report and one specimen of the questionnaire used if not contained in final report).  Destruction of working records (copies of questionnaires, preliminary reports etc.).
