1 Retention:  1 year following confirmation of results (ballots to be destroyed immediately following expiry of deadline for challenges).
2 Archives selection:  For elections or consultations leading to appointments of members of the institution’s management, retention of election committee minutes, list of electoral college members, returning officer’s report, election procedure and significant correspondence (or equivalent in the case of a referendum).  Destruction of election support records.
3 Retention: Until confirmation of results.
